These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application IQ Test: Logic Brain Training (the “App”), operated by Trasco Studios S.L. (“we”, “our” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About the App
IQ Test: Logic Brain Training is a mobile application that provides IQ-style tests, logic challenges, brain training games, scores, progress tracking and related features.
The App is available on Android and iOS.
The App may include free content, advertisements and optional paid features through a one-time in-app purchase.
3. No professional assessment
The App is designed for entertainment, general information and brain training purposes only.
The scores, IQ results, levels, badges, progress indicators and other results shown in the App are approximate and should not be considered a professional, clinical, psychological, educational, employment or medical assessment.
The App does not diagnose, treat, evaluate or certify any cognitive, psychological, medical or educational condition. You should not use the App’s results as the sole basis for important personal, medical, psychological, academic, employment, legal or financial decisions.
If you need a formal IQ assessment, psychological evaluation or professional diagnosis, you should consult a qualified professional.
4. Eligibility
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or that you have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the App by minors under their care.
5. License to use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Interfere with the normal operation, security or integrity of the App.
- Attempt to bypass purchases, ads, access restrictions or technical protections.
- Use automated systems, bots, scripts or other tools to manipulate scores, progress, ads, purchases or App behavior.
6. User nickname and local progress
The App may allow you to enter a nickname or player name and may save your test results, scores, game history, streaks, levels, badges and progress.
This information is generally stored locally on your device. The App does not require registration or login, and we do not provide cloud synchronization for this App.
You are responsible for the information you enter into the App. Please do not enter sensitive personal information as your nickname or player name.
If you delete the App or reset your progress, your local data may be permanently lost.
7. Advertising
The App may display advertisements.
Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising networks and mediation partners. Depending on your region, device settings and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
You are responsible for reviewing and managing your advertising preferences through the consent options shown in the App, where available, and through your device privacy settings.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or practices of third-party advertisements, websites, products or services shown through ads.
8. In-app purchases
The App may offer an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features, remove limitations or access additional functionality, depending on the version of the App.
Purchases are processed through:
- Google Play Billing on Android.
- Apple In-App Purchases on iOS.
We do not process or store your full payment card details. Payments, billing, refunds and purchase management are handled by the relevant app store according to its own terms and policies.
Before completing a purchase, please review the price, features and conditions shown in the App and in the relevant app store.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are managed by the platform where the purchase was made.
For Android purchases, refund requests are generally handled through Google Play.
For iOS purchases, refund requests are generally handled through Apple.
We may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases processed by Google Play or Apple.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in relation to the App, including local gameplay data, advertising identifiers, consent choices, in-app purchases and third-party services.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, graphics, text, software, game mechanics, logos, trademarks, user interface, icons, audio, visual elements and other content, is owned by or licensed to Trasco Studios S.L. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You do not acquire ownership of the App or any of its content by downloading or using it.
You may not use our name, trademarks, logos, designs or other protected materials without our prior written permission.
12. Third-party services
The App may use third-party services, including advertising networks, mediation partners, consent management tools and app store billing services.
These third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies or practices, except where required by applicable law.
Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and policies of Google Play, Apple App Store or any other platform from which you downloaded the App.
13. App availability, updates and changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time.
We may add, remove or modify features, tests, games, scores, difficulty levels, ads, premium features or other App content.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, operating system version or region.
Some features may require an internet connection.
14. No warranty
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or that the App will meet your expectations.
We do not guarantee that any IQ score, test result, progress indicator or brain training result is scientifically accurate, professionally validated or suitable for any particular purpose.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trasco Studios S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, device issues, personal decisions made based on App results or reliance on IQ scores or other App outputs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or certain features if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, attempt to bypass technical protections, manipulate purchases or engage in unlawful or abusive behavior.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may also delete the App from your device.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the App after the Terms have been updated means that you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
