This Privacy Policy explains how Trasco Studios S.L. (“we”, “our” or “us”) handles information when you use the mobile application IQ Test: Logic Brain Training (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy applies only to the mobile application IQ Test: Logic Brain Training available on Android and iOS. It does not apply to other applications, websites or services operated by Trasco Studios S.L., unless expressly stated.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The App is operated by:
Trasco Studios S.L.
Country: Spain
Contact email: info@trascostudios.com
2. Summary
We designed the App to work without user accounts and without cloud storage.
The App does not require registration or login. We do not ask for your email address, date of birth, precise location, photos, camera access, microphone access or contacts.
Most gameplay information, such as your nickname, IQ test results, game scores, progress, levels, streaks, badges and game history, is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our own servers.
However, the App uses advertising and in-app purchase services provided by third parties, such as Google AdMob, mediation partners and the official app stores. These third parties may process certain information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad interactions, approximate location inferred from your IP address, diagnostic information and purchase-related information, depending on your device settings, consent choices and applicable law.
3. Information you provide or generate in the App
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
- Player nickname or name entered by you.
- IQ test results.
- Game scores.
- Game history.
- Streaks, levels, badges and progress.
- Premium purchase status needed to unlock paid features.
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud account system for this App and we do not upload this gameplay data to our own servers.
4. Information processed by third-party services
Although we do not collect gameplay data through our own servers, the App integrates third-party services for advertising, consent management, app store purchases and related functionality.
These third-party services may collect or process information such as:
- Advertising identifiers, including Android Advertising ID and Apple IDFA where applicable.
- Device information, such as device model, operating system, language, app version and network information.
- Approximate location inferred from your IP address.
- App interactions and ad interactions.
- Crash, diagnostic or technical information related to ad delivery.
- Consent choices for personalized or non-personalized advertising.
- Purchase-related information processed by Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchases.
We do not receive your full payment card details. Payments and purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple, depending on the platform you use.
5. Advertising
The App displays ads. We use Google AdMob and advertising mediation partners, including but not limited to:
- Google AdMob
- Unity Ads
- Liftoff
- Equativ
- Magnite DV+
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent choices, your region, your device settings and applicable law.
For users in regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform or similar consent tools to request and manage advertising consent.
Advertising partners may process data to:
- Show ads in the App.
- Limit how often you see the same ad.
- Measure ad performance.
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Provide personalized ads, where permitted and consented to.
- Provide non-personalized or contextual ads where applicable.
You can manage or withdraw consent through the privacy options shown in the App, where available, or through your device settings.
On iOS, the App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the IDFA for tracking purposes. If you deny permission, personalized advertising and tracking using the IDFA will be limited according to Apple’s rules.
On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID through your device settings, where available.
6. In-app purchases
The App may offer a one-time purchase to unlock premium features or remove limitations.
Purchases are processed by:
- Google Play Billing on Android.
- Apple In-App Purchases on iOS.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details. The relevant app store may provide the App with limited purchase information, such as whether a purchase was completed, the purchased product identifier and information needed to restore or validate the purchase.
Your purchase is also subject to the payment, refund and privacy policies of Google Play or Apple, depending on your device.
7. Legal bases for processing
Depending on your country or region, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent, for personalized advertising, tracking identifiers and similar technologies where legally required.
- Performance of a contract, when processing is necessary to provide the App, unlock premium features or restore purchases.
- Legitimate interests, such as maintaining app functionality, preventing fraud, keeping the App secure and showing non-personalized ads where permitted.
- Legal obligations, when we are required to comply with applicable laws, regulations or valid legal requests.
8. Data storage and retention
Gameplay data, including nickname, scores, IQ test results, progress, levels, badges, streaks and history, is stored locally on your device.
You can delete this local data by using the reset or delete progress options available in the App, where provided, or by uninstalling the App. If you uninstall the App, local App data is normally deleted from your device, subject to your operating system settings and backup configuration.
Advertising partners and app store providers may retain information according to their own privacy policies and retention periods.
9. Data sharing
We do not sell your nickname, IQ test results, game scores, progress or game history to third parties.
We may share or make available limited information to third-party service providers integrated into the App, mainly for advertising, consent management, fraud prevention and purchase processing.
These third parties may process information independently according to their own privacy policies. Depending on your region, certain advertising-related disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy laws. You can manage your advertising choices through the consent options in the App, your device settings and the privacy choices offered by the relevant advertising partners.

We take reasonable measures to design the App in a privacy-conscious way, including avoiding user accounts and cloud storage for gameplay data.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information processed by your device, app stores, advertising partners or other third-party services.
15. IQ test results and sensitive decisions
The App may show IQ test results, scores, levels or similar indicators. These results are intended for entertainment, general information and brain training purposes only.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, educational, employment or professional assessments. You should not use App results as the sole basis for important personal, medical, psychological, academic, employment or legal decisions.
