This Privacy Policy applies generally to the mobile applications developed and published by Trasco Studios SL.
All of our apps covered by this Policy follow the same general model:
- no user account registration with Trasco Studios
- no cloud backend operated by Trasco Studios for general app usage
- local storage of user-created app data on the user’s own device
- advertising through third-party advertising partners
- one-time purchases and/or subscriptions depending on the app
If a particular app includes additional disclosures, permissions, or platform-specific notices, that more specific information will supplement this Policy for that app.
- No User Accounts and No General Cloud Storage by Trasco Studios
Our apps generally do not require users to create an account with Trasco Studios.
We do not operate a general user-account system or cloud-hosted personal database for normal app usage. Data created by users inside the app is generally stored locally on the user’s own device.
- Information We May Process
5.1 Information stored locally on your device
Depending on the app, users may create, enter, save, restore, export, or manage information directly on their device, including:
- app settings and preferences
- records, calculations, history, or statistics
- files generated by the app
- local backups of app data
- database backup files created by the app
As a general rule, this information is stored locally on the user’s device and is not uploaded by Trasco Studios to our own servers.
5.2 Advertising and device-related information
Some of our apps display advertising through third-party advertising and mediation services.
In that context, third-party providers may process certain technical, device-related, and advertising-related information, which may include:
- advertising identifiers
- device identifiers
- IP address
- app version
- operating system and device type
- language and country information

These services may be provided by partners such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads.
5.3 Purchases and subscriptions
Some of our apps offer:
- one-time in-app purchases
- auto-renewable subscriptions

Payments, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund handling are processed through the relevant platform provider, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.
We do not directly store your full payment card details.

8. Device Permissions and Storage Access
Some of our apps may request access to storage, files, or user-selected content on the device only when needed to provide app features related to local database backups, such as:
- creating backup files of app data
- saving backup files on the device
- restoring a previously saved backup file selected by the user
- importing or exporting app data files
We do not request storage-related access for unrelated purposes.
Users may revoke permissions at any time in their device settings, although some app features may then stop working properly.
- Advertising Consent and App Tracking Transparency
For users located in regions where consent is required for certain advertising-related processing, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our apps may display an appropriate consent message or consent management prompt before personalized advertising or related processing is enabled, where legally required.
For iOS and iPadOS apps, where tracking or access to the advertising identifier requires user permission under Apple’s rules, we request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework before performing such tracking or accessing the advertising identifier for tracking purposes.
If the user declines tracking permission on Apple platforms, tracking-related access to the advertising identifier may be unavailable.

- Data created and stored locally in the app usually remains on the user’s device until the user deletes it, uninstalls the app, clears app data, or removes the relevant files.
- Trasco Studios does not generally keep its own cloud database of such locally stored user content.
- Data processed by app stores, payment providers, or advertising partners is retained according to their own retention periods and policies.
- Support emails and related support information may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
- Children
Our apps are not directed to children and are not intended specifically for users under the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through our own account systems. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us improperly, please contact us and we will review the matter.
